1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LogAPI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use LogAPI for logging and monitoring purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not use the service for illegal purposes
• You must not attempt to bypass rate limiting or security measures
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data

3. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

4. Data Storage

Each token is limited to 1MB of storage. Oldest logs are automatically deleted when this limit is exceeded. We are not responsible for data loss.

5. Rate Limiting

API requests are limited to 60 requests per minute per token and per IP address. Excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent service restrictions.

6. Token Security

You are responsible for keeping your tokens secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised tokens.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service for violations of these terms.
